Sripriya Sarathy started as Recruiting Manager at International Professors Project and networked with many international members both on the platform as well as internal members. She initiated the onboarding program and soon took on several executive functions becoming a Deputy Executive Director as well as Social Media Director. During her break years, she developed a Virtual learning program at Utiva, Nigeria, and then went on to become the Co-founder of Lets Learn Africa which also became an Africa-wide learning program. It was at this time that she came back as a Board Director at IPP and soon became the Board Chair to help out with IPP functions. Sripriya initiated the IT pilot program to develop automation and AI intervention in recruitment.
